The Cardinia keeps you warm and dry and if you narrow the sleeves with the Velcro closure you stop every breath of wind. The soft shell is finished with a narrow strip of reflective FR tape on the arms and chest. The Cardinia can be worn on its own or as an additional liner in many multinorm raincoats.
